Follow the directions: You apply the lash lift lotions in order, allowing 10–12 minutes for each of the perm and fixative steps; tint is mixed with oxidant and left on for about 15 minutes for lashes or 10 minutes for brows. Use the lash lift kit on eyelashes only, not eyebrows.
